Secondhand records and clothing sales are final.
New records and clothing must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase in-store or within 7 days from the date of receipt for online purchases, for the equivalent in store credit value.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of the item and reject store credit if we determine that the condition of the item has deteriorated.
