Refund and Returns Policy

Secondhand records and clothing sales are final.

New records and clothing may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases, or within 7 days from the date of receipt for online purchases, for store credit of equivalent value.

To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of the item and refuse store credit if we determine that its condition has deteriorated.
